Subcontractor Data: Contact information and COI documents for subcontractors you invite to the platform.

Usage Data: We collect basic analytics (page views, feature usage) to improve our service.

2. How We Use Your Information

• Provide and maintain the COI tracking service
• Send automated compliance reminders (expiry alerts)
• Process subscription payments via PayPal
• Improve AI extraction accuracy
• Comply with legal obligations

We do not sell your personal information. We may share data with:

• PayPal: Payment processing (we never store full payment card details)
• Supabase: Database hosting (encrypted at rest)
• AI Providers (DeepSeek, Gemini, etc.): COI document text extraction — only document content, never account credentials
• Resend: Email delivery for reminders and notifications
• Law enforcement: If required by applicable law or valid legal process

4. Data Retention

We retain your account data and COI records for the duration of your subscription plus 90 days. After account cancellation, data is permanently deleted within 90 days unless retention is required by law. You may request earlier deletion by contacting us.

We implement industry-standard security measures including encryption in transit (TLS 1.3) and at rest, access controls, and regular security reviews. However, no method of electronic storage is 100% secure.
